Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive with 3–5 years of experience in voice, chat, and email-based support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Kannada, and Tamil, with a proven track record of resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally. You will also help guide junior team members and assist in optimizing support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions across voice calls, emails, and chat platforms
• Resolve complex queries related to orders, payments, returns, delivery issues, and product information
• Handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate and complete records of customer conversations in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, tech, warehouse) to ensure resolution of customer issues
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer support role handling voice, email, and chat
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi(spoken fluency required; strong written English skills for email/chat)
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and patience under pressure
• Experience using CRMs like Zoho.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ticketing systems
• Bachelor's degree in any stream

Pay: ₹20,834.14 - ₹35,048.20 per month
