We are currently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive for our organization, ABM Techno-Matrix Pvt. Ltd., to handle software training and technical support for our customers. Industry: IT / Software DevelopmentExperience: Minimum 1 year preferredKey Responsibilities:Provide training and technical support to customers using our software products Perform software installations on client systems Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution Maintain communication logs and escalate issues when necessary Collaborate with the product and development team to resolve client feedback Requirements: Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role with an IT/software company Sound knowledge of software installation, remote support tools, and basic troubleshooting Good communication skills (Hindi & English) Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling clients Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (based on skills and experience)Interested candidates may apply at https://career.abmtechno.com/.
