Customer Support Engineer

As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to clients with strong IT skills in hardware and network support. Your primary tasks will include troubleshooting L1 and L2 level issues at customer sites. In this role, you will need to support SME customers for their IT support needs. Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities in networking and hardware are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time job with a salary ranging from 8,000.00 to 12,000.00 per month. The job also offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement.
