Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborating with the Customer IT department on the deployment and maintenance of Data network technologies. Installing, configuring, and maintenance of L2/L3 Network Switches. Attending to service requests through remote / onsite. Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures. Documentation of the Site details /Performance certificates Develop Customer relationships AMC follow ups and closure Keeping in touch with the current trends Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engg, information technology, or similar. Ruckus/Cisco Certification / experience if available would be an additional bonus Experience 1- 2 years in Data Network Analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel to client locations.
