Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer located in Udaipur. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated retail machines through field service interventions.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Technical Support skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Field Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur and PAN India
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in an Electrical Engineering technical field or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a tech support or engineering role is a plus
