Customer Support cum Sales Executive

Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with service-related queries
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins or bookings
• Promote services during client interactions and upsell relevant packages
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations in CRM/Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the in-clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
• Address client concerns politely and escalate issues when needed
• Participate in promotional campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/MS Excel)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Must be available full-time and work from the clinic (no remote work)
