This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate – Voice Process (L2) located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Support Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, addressing complaints, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
