Assist customers with payment queries, account issues, broadband issues and support resolutions. Maintain high standards of customer service by providing prompt, efficient, and accurate assistance. Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA (with cab facility) Qualifications: Prior experience in the customer service is preferred but not required. Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
