1–4 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or related roles
Fluency in english and hindi is non-negotiable
Manage customer interactions and resolve queries and escalations in a timely manner
Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
Capture customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
