Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

At least 1-2 years of experience

Should be well versed in any one of the Language set.

Set 1 - English, Telugu & Hindi - 5 Openings
Set 2 - English, Hindi & Kannada - 1 Opening
Set 3 - English, Telugu, Kannada & Tamil - 2 Openings
Set 4 - English, Hindi, Kannada & Tamil - 1 Opening
Set 5 - English, Telugu & Tamil - 1 Opening

Responsibilities:

Maintains positive and professional behaviour always portraying the company in a positive image while effectively managing customer complaints/issues.
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Contributes to a positive team environment and maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
Liaise with other departments such as the Product team or Technical Team, as required to resolve user issues and questions.
Resolve user issues, queries, concerns with effective, clear, and professional written communication over Calls (IB/OB), Emails and Chats.
Follow up on Unresolved/reopen cases, coordinate with the technical, product team and reply to the customers adhering to the timelines.
Consistently achieve the daily productivity targets and ensure quality standards are met.
Provides prompt and efficient service to users including the appropriate escalation of user issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
