About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice Customer Support team for UHC. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (any stream).

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service / BPO / voice support.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Job Details:

5 days working with 2 rotational offs

Rotational 24x7 shifts

Salary: upto 40k CTC

Process: Voice Customer Support

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain professionalism and deliver quality service on every interaction.
