Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process

Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Associates to handle customer inquiries through our International Voice Process. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates who can join immediately (within 2 days). Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency & grammar proficiency required).
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
• Adaptability and resilience in handling different types of customers.
• Willingness and availability to work in night shifts.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior customer support experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,833.00 - ₹35,166.00 per month
