Customer Support Associate international

As a Customer Support Executive for International Voice at our Kolkata office, you will handle customer queries and provide resolutions through voice and chat support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high-quality support experience for our international customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through voice and chat support - Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with each interaction Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream - Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process) - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills In addition to the above requirements, you should have the ability to commute or relocate to Kolkata, West Bengal before starting work. The job type is full-time with evening/night shifts on a rotational basis.
