Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email, phone calls, and chats to resolve their issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
Utilize strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (CSE/CSA/CCA).
Excellent written communication skills for effective email writing and email processing.
Strong verbal communication skills for handling inbound voice processes and blended processes.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
