Customer Support Associate

As an International Voice Process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries over calls, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound/outbound international calls. - Resolving customer queries and escalating complex issues. - Maintaining call records and ensuring SLA adherence. - Delivering high-quality customer service with clear communication. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Process (International preferred). - Excellent English communication skills without Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI). - Education: Graduate / Undergraduate. The company offers a competitive salary of 30,000 CTC based on experience, along with benefits such as: - 5.5 days working, rotational shifts & offs. - Cab facilities: Odd-hour cabs for females, 180/day allowance for males. - Provident Fund.
