Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support and Technical Support Specialist, located in Nalgonda. The chosen candidate will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include providing effective communication and support to clients, troubleshooting problems, and offering technical guidance.
