Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at Naturaltein, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing product inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and providing general support. Your ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns promptly, and delivering excellent after-sales service to enhance customer retention. Your effective communication skills in both Hindi and English will be essential in engaging with customers effectively. Ideally, you should have prior experience in a customer support or telecalling role, along with basic computer knowledge for CRM and email handling. Your ability to remain calm and professional during challenging interactions, coupled with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset, will contribute to your success in this role.
