Job Description: As a Customer Success Relationship Executive within our Referral Program team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our existing clientele and driving customer referrals through meaningful interactions and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients through various channels, validating referral leads, conducting meet & greet sessions, and supporting marketing activities to boost referrals. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive and customer-centric approach. With at least 2 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or similar fields, you should be adept at working independently and managing follow-ups efficiently. Your ability to communicate persuasively and nurture positive client relationships will be essential in encouraging word-of-mouth promotion and generating quality leads.
