About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Referral Program team as Customer Success Relationship Executives. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with our existing clientele and driving referrals through meaningful conversations, meet & greet initiatives, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer referrals by engaging with existing clients over calls, messages and in-person meetings
  • Validate referral leads as a core part of the backend process
  • Conduct meet & greet sessions and support marketing activities to promote referrals
  • Generate quality leads by nurturing positive client relationships
  • Communicate persuasively and patiently with customers to encourage word-of-mouth promotion

Job Requirement
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural sweet-talker, high on energy and customer-first mindset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or similar roles
  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively
Work Model:
  • Hybrid: Work from Office if located in the same city; otherwise, Work from Home
