Customer Success & Product Training Executive

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Success & Product Training Executive to manage product demonstrations, customer training, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-spoken, and presentable — capable of representing our latest AI-based product to a wide audience and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and provide clear, informative product explanations over phone or video calls.

Conduct detailed product demos and training sessions for customers, dealers, and distributors.

Present and explain the product to clients and groups confidently, both online and in-person.

Handle and resolve product-related queries from customers or channel partners.

Follow up on online orders and coordinate with dispatch for smooth and timely delivery.

Support the sales team in pre-dispatch preparations and customer communication.

Maintain detailed records of demos, feedback, and follow-ups.

Travel occasionally to conduct live demos or training sessions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–4 years of experience in customer service, product training, or sales support roles.

Excellent communication skills — must be comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English.

Presentable personality with strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel when required.

Basic knowledge of online sales platforms or CRM tools preferred.
