Job Description

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Exotel, you will work with some of the largest technology companies in India and SEA, assisting them in maximizing their use of the Exotel platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's top-line by managing clients through various stages of the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Help with the Platform: - Manage expectations and provide guidance by collaborating with the business and engineering teams of client companies to leverage Exotel's APIs effectively. - Measure the success of implemented use cases/projects and assist clients in understanding how other enterprise customers are approaching similar challenges using CPaaS. - Planning, Coordinating, and Launching: - Handle a high volume of communication and prioritize tasks efficiently while managing risks in critical situations. - Oversee the launch of new solutions/projects, resolving any arising issues with support team assistance. - Regular check-ins: - Stay organized and ensure alignment among all stakeholders regarding ongoing solutions/projects. - Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with clients to update them on project success, discuss new initiatives, and communicate the value Exotel provides. - Keep clients informed about essential Exotel developments and features regularly. - Revenue Ownership: - Strive to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets, focusing on recurring revenue and generating additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling. - Comfortably negotiate terms, pricing, and contract reviews. Qualifications Required: - Understanding and Implementation of API's is mandatory for this role. - Preferably, familiarity with the cloud telephony or telco industry. - Prior experience in Enterprise Sales, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting would be beneficial.
