This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, Events and Campaigns, based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for ensuring successful campaign delivery, adoption, and satisfaction with the Wozku Platform. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building.
