Job Description

As a Consultant at CYFIRMA, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, technical and product support, handling account escalations, customer renewals, upsell campaigns, periodic health checks of customer accounts, establishing and adopting customer support practices, and collaborating with international teams to improve research and service operations. Key Responsibilities: - Own new customer onboarding on CYFIRMA's product and services to ensure customers realize ROI quickly - Provide technical support and training on CYFIRMA's product and services - Help customers plan and utilize CYFIRMA's product based on their business needs - Handle account escalations and respond to alerts, red flags, or feedback reported - Ensure recurring revenue from existing customers through customer renewals - Drive portfolio growth and increase the lifetime value of CYFIRMA's customer through upsell campaigns - Conduct periodic health checks of customer accounts and undertake effective corrective steps if needed - Establish policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience - Collaborate with international teams to improve research and service operations, and service platform development Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in managing customers and accounts in the cybersecurity domain - Proficiency in customer service practices - Technical aptitude and ability to learn CYFIRMA's product and service offerings - At least 5 years of experience in OSINT or paid/private security analysis tools - Knowledge of technologies such as IT networking, internet technologies, web technologies, firewalls, and cybersecurity tools - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English in reading, writing, and speaking - Client-facing role: Remotely Additional Company Details: CYFIRMA is a threat discovery and cyber intelligence platform company that offers industry-disrupting solutions in cybersecurity and threat intelligence.
