Customer Success Manager Consultant

Your responsibilities will include: - Customer Onboarding: Taking ownership of new customer onboarding to help them realize ROI quickly. - Providing Technical and Product Support: Being well-versed with CYFIRMA's offerings to provide technical support and training to customers. - Handling Account Escalations: Responding to alerts, red flags, or feedback from customers. - Customer Renewals: Ensuring recurring revenue from existing customers. - Upsell Campaigns: Driving portfolio growth and increasing the lifetime value of customers. - Periodic Health Checks: Monitoring customer accounts to ensure engagement and taking corrective steps when needed. - Establishing Customer Support Practices: Creating policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience. - Collaborating with international teams for research, service operations, and platform development. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 10 years of experience in managing customers in the cybersecurity domain. - Proficiency in customer service practices and technical aptitude to learn about CYFIRMA's products. - Experience with OSINT and security analysis tools. - Knowledge of IT networking, cybersecurity tools, and CRM software. - A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluent English communication skills. Qualification: - Bachelor's in computer science/IT or equivalent. - Security certification (GCTI, CHFI, CEH, Security +) will be an additional advantage.
