Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of an innovative tech company that provides secure video hosting to e-learning, content creators, and media businesses. The company, located at www.vdocipher.com, is already profitable with 3000+ business customers across 30+ countries. As part of the existing experienced sales and support team, you will play a key role in expanding it. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in B2B Customer Support without cold calling or cold sales, focusing only on interested trial signup clients. - Demonstrate the ability to understand the technical product and effectively communicate its benefits to e-learning and media businesses to convert them into customers. - Troubleshoot product issues by providing tutorials and guides to customers. - Clarify pricing details to customers. - Interact with customers through various channels such as tickets, emails, chats, calls, and online calls. - Develop concise tutorials for product integration and issue resolutions. - Conduct Zoom webinars/video calls regularly to showcase the product to customers. - Prior experience in support, selling, or business development is considered a bonus. - Knowledge of algorithms and coding is an additional advantage. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English is essential, as a significant portion of customers are from outside India, and email communication plays a crucial role in this position. Hybrid Work Policy: You will follow a hybrid work policy, spending 3 days per week in the office as specified by the company and working from home for the remaining 2 days. Hiring Process: 1.
