Customer Success Manager / Account Manager

Voiro is a Bangalore-based company offering cloud-hosted workflow management solutions tailored for enterprises that generate revenue from advertising sales on their platforms. Our goal is to simplify business processes and expedite how publishers sell inventory, while ensuring accessible data throughout the monetisation workflow. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced account management professional to enhance customer relationships, retention, and optimization. Our diverse client base includes broadcasters, online retailers, and emerging online media content creators. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for ensuring client success drives long-term growth and revenue. This role requires deep engagement with customers and collaboration with Voiro's internal product teams. **Responsibilities:** - Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging with assigned accounts to optimize and increase product adoption - Reinforce product discovery and Voiro's positioning with client organizations - Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to product design to address on-ground gaps and custom requirements - Participate in industry events, engage with partners, competitors, and the client base **Desired Background:** - 3-5 years of relevant client management experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of clients independently - Strong intellectual curiosity and a commitment to understanding core client pain points and resolving them effectively - Ability to make decisions and establish internal frameworks for efficient client management, such as processes for success, key account management, regular touchpoints, resource allocation, and obstacle resolution, with minimal supervision - Enthusiasm for collaborative work with a dedicated, passionate team,
