Job Description

We're Hiring: Customer Success Management - Trainee (Account Manager)

📍 Location: Mohali Office | ⏰ Night / Flexible Shifts

Customer Success Trainee


🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships for product success and retention
  • Guide customers to become product champions
  • Address queries and common challenges via email and phone
  • Advocate customer needs across teams
  • Identify up-sell opportunities


🧠 Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in Account/Customer Success (Tech or SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a customer-first mindset
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Comfortable with night/flexible shifts
