About the Role: As a Customer Experience Executive at Y8 Space Consumer Private Limited, you will be the face of our brand for our customers, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. You’ll address queries, resolve issues, and work to create delightful experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in service and products. Support post-purchase processes like returns, refunds, and warranty claims. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
