Job Title : Customer Success Executive Location : Choolaimedu (Nungambakkam) Experience Required : 2 Years Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Company: Srisattva Group About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients post-sale and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure long-term satisfaction. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize product value. Conduct onboarding sessions and regular check-ins with customers. Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Track key account metrics (e.g., renewal rates, usage data). Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve the overall customer experience. Educate customers on new features and updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2 years of experience in a customer success, client servicing, or account management role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
