Customer Success Executive

We are searching for a proactive and motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team. This hands-on internship provides a unique opportunity to learn and develop within a customer-facing role in a B2B healthcare setting. As an intern, you will play a direct role in engaging with customers at various locations, understanding their experiences with our products, identifying potential challenges, and ensuring optimal product utilization. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular customer check-ins to gather feedback on their experiences with Tricog's products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring customers effectively use the products to meet their needs. Additionally, you will collect and relay customer insights and feedback to the teams to drive continuous improvement and development efforts. Working closely with the product team, you will assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any challenges or issues customers may face with our products to ensure a seamless experience. Analyzing customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement will also be a part of your role, helping customers maximize the value of Tricog's solutions. Furthermore, you will contribute to internal meetings focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention strategies, providing insights and suggestions based on direct customer interactions. Qualifications and Requirements: - Proficiency in Marathi: Strong communication skills in Marathi are essential. - Residency in Pune: Candidates must be based in Pune, as this role requires working from our office. - Eagerness to Learn: No specific educational or professional experience is required.
