Role Overview: As a member of the team at Supernova, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners and parents on their journey towards improving spoken English skills. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Supporting learners and parents by making daily outbound calls and attending inbound calls, with an average of 100 outbound and 40-50 inbound calls per day. - Providing feedback via chat to help students improve their spoken English skills. - Resolving queries from students and parents, both inbound and outbound, to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively. - Reconnecting with inactive users to encourage progress and engagement with the program. - Reporting common issues to the product team for continuous improvement. - Tracking learner progress and sharing quick performance reports to monitor growth. - Ensuring a personalized and positive experience for every learner, creating a supportive environment for their language learning journey. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Fluent in Telugu and English to effectively communicate with learners and parents. - Passionate about helping students grow and improve their spoken English skills. - Freshers are welcome, with internships or support roles considered a plus. - Comfortable with making calls and engaging in chat interactions, with training provided to enhance your skills. - Quick learner, open to feedback, and driven by personal growth. - Possess a positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and a readiness to take initiative in supporting learners and achieving team goals.,
