Customer Success Associate, India

As a Customer Success Associate at PureSpectrum, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing direct support to users through various channels, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization of the PureSpectrum Marketplace. - Identifying and troubleshooting common technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. - Proactively engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and reporting product errors or malfunctions to management. - Collaborating with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and product updates. - Assisting in managing projects and supporting the PureSpectrum platform effectively. - Shadowing senior team members to learn and eventually contribute to the onboarding and training of new customers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Over 5 years of experience, with 3+ years in the market research industry and nearly 2 years in customer-facing or support roles with MR SaaS solutions. - Experience in problem-solving and providing clear feedback. - Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively. - Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to collaborate and take direction from experienced team members. - Familiarity with data analysis concepts is a plus.
