As a Customer Success Team Member at DocNexus, you will play a crucial role in helping life sciences companies unlock powerful insights through our revolutionary search platform. Your technical skills will be instrumental in guiding customers to harness the full potential of our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: - Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to referral reports, data anomalies, and data generation on our platform. - Data Queries (BigQuery/ClickHouse): - Respond to custom data query requests using BigQuery and ClickHouse, providing precise insights from large datasets. - Onboarding & Training: - Lead the onboarding process for new customers, provide guidance on platform usage, and manage access requests. - Listen & Improve: - Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance the platform, collaborating with the product team to improve functionality. - Technical Documentation: - Assist in creating technical resources and training materials for internal and customer use. Qualifications Required: - Strong Technical Skills: - Proficiency in querying with BigQuery and ClickHouse, adept at working with complex data, writing custom queries, and resolving technical issues. - Customer-Focused: - Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical users and offer clear solutions effectively. - Problem-Solver: - Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges in a fast-paced setting. - Team Player: - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure mutual success.
