About Us

Oecumenical Tech Solution OPC Private Limited, operating under the brand PixoraNest, is a fast-growing digital software reseller company. We provide premium software subscriptions such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Whatsapp Business API, and various digital productivity tools. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team onsite and support our customers with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits with a strong service-oriented approach.
• Manage incoming leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into sales.
• Provide accurate information about software products, pricing, and subscription plans.
• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building with existing and potential clients.
• Assist customers with onboarding, product activation, renewal reminders, and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Record customer interactions, maintain CRM/log sheets, and share daily sales reports.
• Collaborate with the internal team to support promotions, offers, and product updates.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to improving overall service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, or support roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to manage customers professionally across calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
• Knowledge of digital products or software sales and services is an added advantage.
• Proactive, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work onsite at PixoraNest, Narayanpur.
