Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, promote services, resolve issues efficiently, and help grow revenue by up-selling and cross-selling Optiontown products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about Optiontown’s services, offers, and features.
  • Assist with bookings, modifications, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Actively promote relevant products/services to boost conversions and revenue.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using internal CRM tools.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for service quality and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell in a service-oriented way.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Experience in the travel, airline, or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred in hospitality, travel, or business).
