Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Handling customer queries primarily on WhatsApp, along with Instagram and email support.
  • Responding promptly to messages and addressing product inquiries, order status updates, and basic troubleshooting in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and following brand tone guidelines.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Recording common customer queries for process improvement.
  • Assisting in managing follow-ups.
  • Providing regular updates to the team on customer feedback trends to enhance the overall customer experience.
