US Telecom Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and a strong ability to upsell telecom products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Verizon’s US Telecom customers.

- Identify opportunities to upsell telecom products and services to meet business targets.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong Upselling knowledge or Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (preferably telecom or sales ) To 1 year of on paper experience

- No domestic process experience will be considered.

- Rotational shifts (Night and Graveyard shifts)

- 5Days working- Rotational offs

Salary -

Freshers - 24k in hand

6m - 1 year - 27k in hand

1year + 32k in hand
