Job Description

As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Handling clients on call, which is mandatory for this position. - Understanding the company's software and IT services in-depth to effectively assist clients globally. - Providing technical support through on-call and remote desk by diagnosing the issue. - Analyzing client needs and offering appropriate solutions and assistance. - Addressing and resolving client queries efficiently. - Providing technical support for software by diagnosing the issue. - Troubleshooting technical issues. - Solving software faults by coordinating with software developers. - Smart and proficient candidates are preferred for this role. Qualifications required for this position: - The candidate must have experience in handling clients and providing technical support. - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. - Strong communication skills to address and resolve client queries effectively. Please note that this is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM.,
