Job Title: Customer Support Executive Process: Urban Company – Repair Support Location: Sector 62, Noida Working Days: 5 Days Working Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (Both Eligible) Salary: upto 30k Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to appliance repair services. Assist customers in scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling repair appointments. Provide accurate information regarding technician visits, service charges, and repair timelines. Ensure timely resolution of service issues and escalate unresolved cases to the relevant team. Follow-up with customers for post-service feedback and satisfaction. Coordinate with field technicians and service partners to track job status. Maintain CRM updates and call logs accurately. Deliver a positive customer experience with a focus on empathy and problem-solving. Requirements: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of electronic appliances (TV, AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, etc.) is a plus. Prior experience in voice process or customer service will be preferred. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good listening skills and patience to handle service-related queries.
