Job Overview:
TELUS Digital is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Inbound Sales) for its Noida location. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals with experience in international voice processes. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers, resolving queries, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales, Inbound Sales, or Voice Process
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
