What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative with a Shopify/Gorgias focus, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
• Using Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide fast, accurate service.
• Staying informed on product updates and service practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

What We're Looking For
