Customer Service Representative/ Service RM

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative/Service RM located in Bengaluru South, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, provide excellent customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. You will also be managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
