Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with Versant Level 4 proficiency to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , problem-solving abilities , and a customer-centric approach . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards . Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience . Required Skills & Qualifications: Versant Level 4 proficiency in English ( Good spoken and written communication ). 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service preferred ( Freshers may apply ). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations. Good typing speed and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in BPO, Call Center, or Customer Support roles . Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools . Ability to handle basic technical troubleshooting for customer issues.
