Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Saroli, DMD Logistics Park in Surat, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with clients - Maintaining customer relationships and resolving queries in a polite manner - Managing customer records in CRM software/system - Coordinating with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations - Building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred) - Minimum 13 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Sales Support, Tele-calling, or Client Handling - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati - Polite and professional behavior - Convincing and negotiation abilities - Customer service orientation - Proficiency in computer knowledge, including MS Office, Email, and CRM software If you are looking to work in a Sales & Customer Support department with a salary range of 15,000-20,000, and you are a female candidate aged between 22-35 years, this position might be the right fit for you.
