Job Description

You will be a part of the Tech CS process team in Jaipur, where you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and chat. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customer needs to deliver accurate technical and sales solutions, driving sales through consultative conversations, upselling, and cross-selling, achieving performance targets such as CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc., and maintaining professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of Tech + Sales experience, preferably in an International BPO. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in rotational shifts and offs. - Graduation is mandatory, preferably in a Computer background. - Immediate joiners are preferred. The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person in Jaipur.,
