Job Description
We are urgently hiring Customer Care Executives for our Telugu process (FG). The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Document and update customer records in the system.
Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Work Details:
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
