Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email & chat.
• Provide end-to-end customer support & issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
• Maintain CRM records & prepare support reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/IT preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support.
• Good communication skills (English, Tamil preferred).
• Problem-solving & multitasking ability.
