Customer Service & Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction & Support
• Be the first point of contact for client interactions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person (if required).
• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized responses to customer queries and feedback.
• Handle initial inquiries, explain service offerings, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and goals.
• Assist clients in choosing the right meal plan and provide basic nutritional guidance based on their lifestyle and dietary needs (training will be provided).
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Operational Coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely client records using tools like MS Excel or internal CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (nutrition, kitchen, logistics) to ensure timely and error-free service delivery.
• Engagement & Outreach
• Actively participate in customer engagement initiatives like events, campaigns, or social media challenges.
• Network with gyms, fitness influencers, and potential partners to expand Baésic Fit’s presence.
• Assist in organizing promotions and customer delight activities.
• Communication & Brand Representation
• Represent Baésic Fit with professionalism and warmth in all client interactions.
• Clearly communicate our brand’s value proposition to existing and potential customers.

Support the marketing team in executing targeted campaigns for outreach and client acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
