Key Responsibilities Guest Interaction & Support Be the first point of contact for client interactions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person (if required). Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized responses to customer queries and feedback. Handle initial inquiries, explain service offerings, and ensure smooth onboarding. Client Relationship Management Build trust and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and goals. Assist clients in choosing the right meal plan and provide basic nutritional guidance based on their lifestyle and dietary needs (training will be provided). Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement. Operational Coordination Maintain accurate and timely client records using tools like MS Excel or internal CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams (nutrition, kitchen, logistics) to ensure timely and error-free service delivery. Engagement & Outreach Actively participate in customer engagement initiatives like events, campaigns, or social media challenges. Network with gyms, fitness influencers, and potential partners to expand Baésic Fit’s presence. Assist in organizing promotions and customer delight activities. Communication & Brand Representation Represent Baésic Fit with professionalism and warmth in all client interactions. Clearly communicate our brand’s value proposition to existing and potential customers. Support the marketing team in executing targeted campaigns for outreach and client acquisition.
