As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst at our company, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our customers and colleagues by delivering successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in our contact centers by responding to and investigating queries - Offer support on business processes, policies, and procedures - Develop an understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements for increased efficiency - Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvements to enhance efficiency - Work closely with operational centers, providing coaching and support to increase efficiency and knowledge - Keep accurate records of day-to-day operations, log incidents, and identify trends - Review manual or ineffective processes for automation or enhancement - Maintain a focus on improving customer service and experiences Qualifications Required: - Excellent planning and organizational skills with good attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Minimum 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in an International Chat or Email process - Graduation or post-graduation degree. Preferred 2023 or 2024 pass outs - Comfortable working in 24*7 shifts - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Join us in India for this role and be part of a team that thrives through various working options tailored to individual needs.
